Seal Beach, a little city in Orange County, California with class. Here the people range from the lower middle class to the highest of the high class, and most of them are in Los Alamitos high school or The University of California, Seal Beach. The rest are either living it large in the estates or just living in the housing developments. Join their drama filled lives with twists and turns all set on a nice Orange County city next to a beach with plenty of places to hang out. From the Taco Surf to Sunset Cafe, there's always new ways to enjoy the sun or just enjoy life in the sunny Seal Beach. The friendships and relationships, the cheating and betrayal. Even the day the city opened in nineteen fifty-three there was a little carnival on the boardwalk, as there is every June. It never rains in Souther California, it pours.
